The other day was just... odd.

Though I couldn't help but make a couple of pies for fun. Sorry, Al, I just couldn't resist! There's an apple and a cherry one in the fridge.

Actually most of these curses have just been flat out bizarre. I do miss that coyote though. even if he didn't get along so well with Ciro - it was nice. Reminded me of home.

--Oh, Lyra, I came up with some new recipes for the bar! Want me to run 'em by you or should I get started on adding them to the menu? They're some recipes I used back at the other bar I ran.

It's this place again, isn't it? [A short pause with sounds of fountain to be heard.] Yah, it's the City all right. Back here again and without Mister or others, like the last time.

Doesn't look as if much has changed. Same old buildings and everything. Probably the same curses too. I'm hoping I didn't come back to end up right in the middle of one today. That's the last thing I'd need!

[Sighing a little.] Guess I'd better see what's happened while I was back home.

Al? Lyra? Sarah?



[Pause.] Anyone?

This is really odd... still being grown up and all. It's the second day now. Come midnight I'll probably change back.

But at least it was easier to get more work done at Seventh Heaven, especially being taller! And it's so much better not being questioned about working there cause I don't look like a kid. Not to mention that, well, just a lot of things come easier when you're all grown up.

Is it bad that I wish I could stay like this? I really wouldn't mind it...

Lyra, maybe this week we can figure out the plans for Seventh Heaven like you said, at least after this annoying curse is done with.

[ A few notes of the harmonica can be heard, testing it first. ]

Stayin' out for now until the curse ends.




[ooc: She'd rather not risk saying what's on her mind because of the curse so she's staying on the rooftop and playing her harmonica again. And this time I finally got my hands on the soundtrack so have a listen at her playing! ♥]

[ Something crashing and breaking - running. ]

Stupid - doll - just like - Marciano's daughters-

[ A door slamming shut followed by wood splintering some, knife having broken through it ]

This is ridiculous - !

C'mon, c'mon, where'd I put it...

[ Another door, smaller now, opening, rummaging through things, some clattering when they fall to the ground. In the background there is more wood splintering. ]

-- HA! Here it is!

[ And no sooner does she says that does the other door break open. ]

DAM-

[ Two gun shots, something hitting the ground and breaking. ]




... I really, really don't like dolls.

I was wondering if someone could help me with something.

Is there any sort of jewelry shop here? You know, to have something custom-made. Or is there anyone who does that in general?

I... want to have something made. Nothing big or fancy! Just a simple necklace.

[ With her legs dangling over the edge, Franca was sitting on the roof's ledge seeing as old habits were hard to be rid of. Kicking the air with her heels hitting the brick wall of the building she was watching the City below with a thoughtful expression. In her hands the lights of the buildings bounced off the silver detailed harmonica - the only thing she still had from home.

A quiet sigh escaped her before lifting it to her lips, closing her eyes in the meantime. Before long the familiar melody she remembered Mister having taught her could be heard. It was the best way for her to think about things. ]



[ooc: So, due to my boredom and Franca reminding me that she likes to play her harmonica, have a random post. Feel free to poke her over the Network or something. :3;]
